Guys, we don’t want you to think twice when it comes to buying photography props for your next shoot! So if you’re buying at MOMISY, don’t worry about additional shipping charges we provide all-in-one pricing.
Shipping for online orders is currently at flat shipping rates to regular postal codes provided by Xpressbees and Blue Dart Express Limited within India (EDL: Extra Delivery Locations not covered), depending on the total cart weight.
If a wrong pin code is entered and any difference in shipping charges arises, the customer will be informed via email/WhatsApp and must pay the additional shipping amount in advance for correction.
Volumetric weight items (above 0.5 kg) are shipped via surface mode (2–9 business days from dispatch).
Other items are shipped via air mode (1–3 business days from dispatch).
If a customer enters an incorrect pin code that initially qualifies for free shipping but later is found ineligible:
The customer must pay the full applicable shipping fee.
If unpaid, the shipment will be held for 3 days and then returned to origin.
Forwarding, holding, and return charges will be deducted before refunding the balance amount.
Express shipping is available at an additional cost based on cart items. Charges will be informed separately. However, we do not commit to a delivery timeline in events beyond our control.
Orders are shipped within 1 business day, or as agreed during order confirmation.
Orders before 12 PM → Processed same day
Orders after 12 PM → Processed next business day
We aim to deliver within 2–9 business days from order confirmation.
All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Sunday and Public Holidays are not considered business days.
All orders are processed from our warehouse in Ahmedabad (Gujarat), India.
Our delivery partners attempt delivery twice before returning the package.
Please ensure:
Complete and accurate address
Correct pin code
Valid mobile number
While MOMISY endeavors to deliver within the stipulated time, we do not guarantee delivery timelines. Failure to deliver within the mentioned timeframe does not void the contract.
If the customer fails to accept delivery, MOMISY may charge additional shipping costs.
MOMISY strives to dispatch/deliver within the given timeline. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we do not take responsibility for delays.
